影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的因素及其檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)探討

摘 要：本文以農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全作為切入點(diǎn)，對產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量二者關(guān)系開展探討，并對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的主要影響因素進(jìn)行分析，闡述儀器檢測、無損檢測兩類技術(shù)在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)項目中的具體應(yīng)用情況，旨在提高檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性，避免農(nóng)產(chǎn)品存在質(zhì)量隱患，為人們創(chuàng)造安全健康的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場。

Discussion on Factors Affecting the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products and Its Inspection Technology

Abstract： Taking the quality and safety of agricultural products as the starting point， this paper discusses the relationship between product inspection and product quality， and analyzes the main factors affecting the quality and safety of agricultural products. At the same time， it expounds the specific application of instrument testing and non-destructive testing technologies in agricultural product inspection projects， aiming to improve the accuracy of inspection results， avoid potential quality hazards in agricultural products， and create a safe and healthy agricultural product market for people.

1 農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的主要影響因素

1.1 工業(yè)排放污染

在農(nóng)作物生長期間，由于農(nóng)田靠近工業(yè)區(qū)或城市區(qū)域，持續(xù)向當(dāng)?shù)厣鷳B(tài)環(huán)境大量排放未經(jīng)處理的工業(yè)廢水、廢氣與廢渣，這類工業(yè)污染物經(jīng)過地下水等途徑進(jìn)入農(nóng)田，由此引發(fā)土壤污染、水域污染等一系列問題。（剩余4465字）
