食品安全檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析及控制

摘 要：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，人們?cè)絹?lái)越重視食品安全問題。食品安全檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)會(huì)監(jiān)測(cè)大量的樣品，從而得到大量的樣品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)，真實(shí)、可靠的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)食品安全檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的有效控制具有重要作用。本文主要探討了食品安全檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析及控制的相關(guān)問題。

Abstract： With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards， people pay more and more attention to food safety. Food safety inspection and testing institutions monitor a large number of foods every day， resulting in a large number of sample inspection and testing data. Real and reliable data play an important role in the effective control of food safety inspection and testing laboratories. This paper mainly discusses the risk analysis and control of food safety inspection and testing laboratories.
