淮安蒲菜營養(yǎng)價值及其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實踐研究

摘 要：淮安一帶流行食用蒲菜，而且當(dāng)?shù)仄巡速Y源豐富，是地理標(biāo)志農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，也是淮揚菜的常用食材之一。本文分析了淮安蒲菜的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展優(yōu)勢，并針對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提出了一些對策，以期為淮安地區(qū)充分發(fā)揮區(qū)域特色優(yōu)勢，做大做強淮安蒲菜產(chǎn)業(yè)提供思路。

Research on the Nutritional Value and Industrial Development Practice of Huai’an Typha latifolia

Abstract： Typha latifolia is popular in Huai’an area， and the local Typha latifolia is rich in resources.It’s a geographical indication agricultural product and one of the common ingredients of Huaiyang cuisine. This paper analyzes the current situation and development advantages of Huai’an Typha latifolia industry， and puts forward some countermeasures for the industrial development， in order to provide ideas for Huai’an Typha latifolia industry to give full play to the advantages of regional characteristics and make the Huai’an Typha latifoliar industry bigger and stronger.
