基于Ambra冷試軟件的進(jìn)氣壓力和排氣壓力測(cè)試優(yōu)化

摘 要:本文針對(duì)意大利AVL冷試設(shè)備對(duì)氣門間隙缺陷的探測(cè)能力較弱,通過氣門間隙缺陷mapping驗(yàn)證,對(duì)比缺陷發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)壓力曲線和正常壓力曲線的差異,并基于Ambra軟件涉及的算法,新增部分測(cè)試參數(shù),以提高冷試探測(cè)氣門間隙缺陷的能力。

Intake Test and Exhaust Test Improvement in Cold Test

Abstract:For Italy AVL cold test equipment, the ability to detect defect that the valve clearance of engine is small or big is low.The author knew the curves difference between the normal engine and the defective engine through the mapping , added some new parameters and limits based on the algorithm of Ambra software , to improve the cold test detection ability of the defects about the engine valve clearance.

1 進(jìn)氣、排氣壓力測(cè)試原理
冷試系統(tǒng)在進(jìn)氣口和排氣口處各缸分別安裝壓力傳感器(圖1:某4缸發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)單缸排氣封堵),用以檢測(cè)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在一個(gè)完整工作循環(huán)內(nèi)的進(jìn)氣和排氣壓力變化,輔以相位檢測(cè)得到壓力對(duì)應(yīng)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸轉(zhuǎn)角,電腦擬合成一條以相位為橫坐標(biāo)、壓力為縱坐標(biāo)的壓力曲線,如圖2所示。(剩余2912字)
