摘 要:工學(xué)結(jié)合是職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的理念,高職院校探索適應(yīng)市場需求的人才培養(yǎng)模式,切實(shí)提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文搭建起“旺工淡學(xué)、工學(xué)交替”的人才培養(yǎng)架構(gòu),創(chuàng)新 “123456”特色人才培養(yǎng)模式,提高學(xué)生的職業(yè)綜合素養(yǎng),解決企業(yè)用人困難問題,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校、學(xué)生、用人單位三方共贏。

Abstract:The combination of work and study is the concept of talent training in vocational education. It is imperative for higher vocational colleges to explore a talent training model that adapts to market needs and effectively improve the quality of talent training. This paper builds a talent training structure of "prosperity of work and low school, and alternation of work and study", innovates the "123456" characteristic talent training model, improves students' comprehensive professional quality, and solves the difficulty of employing people in enterprises, so as to achieve a win-win situation for schools, students and employers.
