現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制下企業(yè)心理訴求分析
——以電氣自動(dòng)化專業(yè)為例
摘 要:基于現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)工作,以電氣自動(dòng)化專業(yè)為例,分析現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制實(shí)踐中相關(guān)企業(yè)的心理訴求,總結(jié)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制下的企業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)家政府及行業(yè)組織、學(xué)校和學(xué)徒都有不同程度的要求,倡議國(guó)家政府、行業(yè)組織、學(xué)校應(yīng)發(fā)揮各自的作用來(lái)共同推進(jìn)學(xué)徒制的發(fā)展,提升企業(yè)的參與積極性,以此助推執(zhí)教改革的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。

Analysis of Enterprise Psychological Appeal under
Modern Apprenticeship System
——Taking Electrical Automation as an Example

Abstract:Based on the pilot work of modern apprenticeship,taking electrical automation as an example,this paper analyzes the psychological demands of related enterprises in the practice of modern apprenticeship,summing up the requirements of enterprises under the modern apprenticeship system on the National Government and industry organizations,schools and apprentices,and proposing that the national government,industry organizations and schools should play their respective roles to jointly promote the development of apprenticeship system,to promote the participation of enterprises in order to promote the longterm development of teaching reform.

全國(guó)職業(yè)教育面臨著教學(xué)改革,產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作成為新教改重點(diǎn)課題,而現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的提出正是迎合了教改的需要,充分利用企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐平臺(tái),形成了“校企雙制、工學(xué)一體”的現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制新型人才培養(yǎng)模式[1]。(剩余3823字)
