頂崗支教實(shí)習(xí)生心理狀況調(diào)查及其階段性研究

摘 要 文章采用問卷調(diào)查法,通過計算相關(guān)系數(shù),找出影響支教生心理舒適度的主要因素;采用文本情感分析法,基于情感詞典對支教生的教學(xué)周記作情感分析,揭示其在不同階段的心理變化。最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,從人文關(guān)懷的角度對高校、實(shí)習(xí)單位和支教生提出建議。

Investigation of the Psychological Status and Stage Development

of Internship Teachers

Abstract The aim of this study is to investigate the mental health status of internship teachers . The investigation adopts questionnaire survey and sentiment analysis methods. By calculating the correlation coefficients of various indicators, the main factors affecting the psychological comfort of interns are identified; by doing textual-emotional analysis of the interns' weekly teaching diaries, the psychological changes of the interns at different stages are revealed. Finally, based on the research results, suggestions are made from the perspective of humanistic care for universities, schools, and internship teachers.
