高職院校學生就業(yè)競爭力提升路徑研究

摘 要 文章旨在研究高職院校學生就業(yè)競爭力的提升路徑。首先，分析了高職院校學生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，其次，闡述了就業(yè)競爭力的影響因素，包括個人因素、學校因素和社會因素。最后，通過對就業(yè)競爭力影響因素的分析，提出了通過個人能力提升、學校支持和社會資源整合等措施來提升高職院校學生的就業(yè)競爭力。

Research on the Path to Enhance the Employment Competitiveness

Abstract This article aims to study the path to enhance the employment competitiveness of vocational college students. Firstly， the current employment situation of vocational college students was analyzed. Secondly， the influencing factors of employment competitiveness were elaborated， including personal factors， school factors， and social factors. Finally， by analyzing the influencing factors of employment competitiveness， measures such as personal ability improvement， school support， and social resource integration were proposed to enhance the employment competitiveness of vocational college students.
