高校教師黨支部在理工科專業(yè)課程思政建設中的“主角”擔當作用研究

摘  要：該研究探究高校理工科專業(yè)依托教師黨支部開展課程思政建設的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題和解決方法，提出教師黨支部應勇?lián)颊n程領航職責，加強思想引領、組織協(xié)調和服務引導等“主角”擔當作用，強化專業(yè)課程思政建設工作為“黨建+業(yè)務”的新載體，為發(fā)揮教師黨支部戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用注入新活力。

Abstract： This study explored the current situation， existing problems and solutions to the ideological and political construction of the science and engineering curriculum carried out by the Party branch of teachers incolleges and universities. It is proposed that teachers' Party branches should bravely take the responsibility of guiding ideological and political courses， and strengthen the role of "protagonists" such as ideological guidance， coordination organization and service functions. The ideological and political construction should be the key point as Party building joint professional education， which inject new vitality to strength teachers' Party branch fighting fortress.
