高校基層黨支部“三會一課”質量提升的實踐探索
摘 要:“三會一課”作為黨的組織生活的重要制度,是黨內政治生活的重要載體,是提高黨的創(chuàng)造力凝聚力戰(zhàn)斗力的重要途徑。該文以問題為導向、以提升高?;鶎狱h支部“三會一課”質量為目標,提出實施“四責”聯(lián)動、“三度”激勵、“兩課”行動、“一鍵”申請及“多維”評估的五項具體舉措。

Abstract: As an important system of the regular activities of CPC' organization, the "Three Sessions and One Lesson" is an important carrier of the intraparty political life and a key way to strengthen the party's creativity, cohesion and competence. With the goal of improving the quality of the "Three Sessions and One Lesson" of grassroots party branches in colleges, this thesis is problem-oriented and discusses five specific measures of the linkage of "Four responsibilities", the combination of "Three incentives", the action of "Two lessons", the application of "One-click", and the joint of "Multi-dimensional evaluation".

黨的十九大報告鮮明提出新時代黨的建設總體要求,對加強基層黨組織建設作出具體指示,“堅持‘三會一課’制度,推進黨的基層組織設置和活動方式創(chuàng)新,加強基層黨組織帶頭人隊伍建設,擴大基層黨組織覆蓋面,著力解決一些基層黨組織弱化、虛化、邊緣化問題”[1],為新時代加強基層組織建設提供了基本遵循。(剩余6842字)
