基于協(xié)同育人的“五橫一縱”人才培養(yǎng)模式構建研究

摘  要：該文立足行業(yè)企業(yè)需求，對于高校的人才培養(yǎng)進行深刻反思，分析目前的人才培養(yǎng)模式普遍存在的不足，提出建立基于產(chǎn)業(yè)需求的“五橫一縱”人才培養(yǎng)模式的觀點，確立人才培養(yǎng)模式構建目標、基本內(nèi)容和實施路徑等，并展望其發(fā)展方向，為高校人才培養(yǎng)模式的改革和發(fā)展提供一定的理論依據(jù)。

Abstract： Based on the needs of industrial enterprises， this paper makes a profound reflection on the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the general shortcomings of the current talent training mode， puts forward the viewpoint of establishing the "Five horizontal and one vertical" talent training mode based on the industrial demand， and establishes the goal， basic content， implementation path of talent training mode， etc.， and look forward to its development direction. It provides a theoretical basis for the reform and development of the talent training mode in colleges and universities.
