淺談糧油儲(chǔ)備檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)的建設(shè)思路

摘 要：為建設(shè)糧油儲(chǔ)備檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)，本文結(jié)合糧油質(zhì)量安全相關(guān)法律法規(guī)要求，分別從糧油檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境條件、儀器管理及人員管理等方面進(jìn)行深入分析，為后期開(kāi)展檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)證工作奠定基礎(chǔ)，為其他糧油儲(chǔ)備檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)取得資質(zhì)認(rèn)定提供參考和幫助。

Discussion on the Construction Ideas of Grain and Oil Reserve Inspection and Testing Institutions

Abstract： In order to establish a grain and oil reserve inspection and testing institution， this article combines the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on grain and oil quality and safety， and conducts in-depth analysis from the aspects of environmental conditions， instrument management， and personnel management of grain and oil inspection and testing laboratories， laying the foundation for the qualification certification of inspection and testing institutions in the later stage， and providing reference and assistance for other grain and oil reserve inspection and testing institutions to obtain qualification recognition.
