Ion chromatography technology， as a key technical means for detecting food quality， plays a crucial role in the field of food safety. This article summarizes the separation principle and technical advantages of ion chromatography technology， and explores its application in the field of food detection. Aim to improve the level of food testing and provide theoretical reference for ensuring food safety.
