食品安全事件對(duì)高校學(xué)生飲食行為和心理健康的影響研究
摘 要:本文分析了食品安全事件對(duì)高校學(xué)生飲食行為和心理健康所造成的影響,探究了高校存在的食品監(jiān)管機(jī)制不完善、食品安全意識(shí)薄弱、心理疏導(dǎo)機(jī)制缺失的問題,提出了加強(qiáng)食品安全監(jiān)管與教育、建立心理支持機(jī)制、優(yōu)化校園餐飲服務(wù)以及構(gòu)建食品安全事件應(yīng)對(duì)預(yù)案的系列改進(jìn)措施。

Effects of Food Safety Incidents on Eating Behavior and Mental Health of College Students

Abstract: This article analyzes the impact of food safety incidents on the dietary behavior and mental health of college students, explores the problems of imperfect food supervision mechanisms, weak food safety awareness, and lack of psychological counseling mechanisms in universities, and proposes a series of improvement measures to strengthen food safety supervision and education, establish psychological support mechanisms, optimize campus catering services, and construct food safety incident response plans.
