Abstract: Pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable cultivation have always been the focus of attention. With the improvement of people’s living standards, consumers pay more and more attention to the potential harm to health caused by this problem. Therefore, this paper analyzes the source of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, and discusses its prevention and control countermeasures.
