大數(shù)據(jù)分析在食品安全檢測中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：隨著食品安全問題日益突出，傳統(tǒng)的食品安全檢測方法已難以滿足日益嚴(yán)苛的要求。大數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)以其強大的數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析能力，為食品安全檢測帶來新的契機。本文分析了當(dāng)前食品安全檢測存在的問題，提出大數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù)在食品安全檢測中的應(yīng)用策略，以期為完善我國食品安全檢測體系提供參考。

Application of Big Data Analysis in Food Safety Testing

Abstract： As food safety issues become increasingly prominent， traditional food safety testing methods can no longer meet increasingly stringent requirements. Big data analysis technology， with its powerful data processing and analysis capabilities， brings new opportunities for food safety testing. This article analyzes the current problems in food safety testing and proposes the application strategy of big data analysis technology in food safety testing， in order to provide a reference for improving China’s food safety testing system.
