安全豬肉的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量控制策略研究
摘 要:豬肉作為人們餐桌上常見的食材,保證其質(zhì)量安全至關(guān)重要。豬肉的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量受到飼料、獸藥、疫病等諸多因素的影響,因此應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)措施確保豬肉質(zhì)量安全。本文分析了豬肉生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的影響因素,探討了安全豬肉的生產(chǎn)策略。

Abstract: As a common ingredient on people’s dinner table, it is crucial to ensure the quality and safety of pork. The production quality of pork is affected by many factors such as feed, veterinary drugs and epidemics, so appropriate measures should be taken to ensure the quality and safety of pork. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of pork production and discusses the production strategies for safe pork.
