摘 要:在新零售背景下,本文對(duì)傳統(tǒng)非遺食品企業(yè)進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)SWOT分析以及企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)問題分析,提出全渠道運(yùn)營(yíng)的實(shí)施方案和策略,包括加強(qiáng)線上多渠道傳播營(yíng)銷、開展線下體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)、加強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈管理布局,以啟發(fā)新零售供應(yīng)鏈管理新商業(yè)模式建設(shè)思路。

Abstract: Under the background of new retail, this paper analyzes the market SWOT and business operation problems of traditional intangible cultural heritage food enterprises. Put forward the implementation plan and strategy of many channels operation it includes strengthening online multi-channel communication and marketing, carrying out offline experience activities and strengthening supply chain management layout, enlighten the idea of building a new business model of retail supply chain management.
