青海貴德地區(qū)藏族面食與文化研究
——以加卜查村為例
摘 要:在多元文化共生的青海省貴德地區(qū),各民族文化相互影響,面食既是區(qū)分族群邊界的參照物,也是推動多元一體中華民族形成的“民族融合媒介”。吃與不吃面食這種行為下反映的是對藏族文化的認同與族群身份的界定。本文以青海貴德地區(qū)加卜查村為田野點,探討面食在當?shù)夭刈遄迦褐械谋憩F(xiàn)及漢藏飲食邊界的模糊化。

Abstract: In Guide area of Qinghai province, where diverse cultures coexist, various ethnic cultures interact with each other. Pasta is not only a reference to distinguish ethnic boundaries, but also to promote the formation of a “national integration medium” for the diverse and integrated Chinese nation. Eating or not eating pasta reflects the identification of Tibetan culture and the definition of ethnic identity. Based on the field of Jabucha village in Guide prefecture, Qinghai province, the performance of pasta among local Tibetan ethnic groups and the blurriness of the boundary between the Han nationality and Tibetan diet was discussed in this paper.

貴德古為羌戎地,明洪武十三年(公元1380年)貴德城修建竣工,遷河州48戶至貴德[1],后又調(diào)河州百戶王猷、周簽、劉慶3人攜家眷來到貴德,設立王、劉、周三屯,多民族交匯于此,形成獨特的文化。(剩余3872字)
