保障食品質(zhì)量與安全的措施研究
摘 要:加強(qiáng)食品安全監(jiān)管對(duì)保障食品質(zhì)量安全具有重要意義。本文從當(dāng)前食品安全現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析了影響食品安全的因素,并提出了確保食品質(zhì)量與安全的管理措施,以期為食品相關(guān)行業(yè)工作的開展提供一定的參考。

Abstract: Strengthening food safety supervision is of great significance to ensuring food quality and safety.Starting from the current current situation of food safety, this paper analyzes the factors affecting food safety, and put forward the measures to ensure food quality and safety, in order to provide some reference for the development of food-related industries.
