淺析基層食品安全監(jiān)管工作管理措施
摘 要:為做好基層食品安全監(jiān)管工作,筆者以自身工作實踐為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合新形勢下的基層食品安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀,重點提出了一系列做好基層食品安全監(jiān)管的措施,以期為相關(guān)監(jiān)管人員提供參考。

Abstract: In order to do a good job of grass-roots food safety supervision, the author, based on his own work practice, combined with the current situation of grass-roots food safety supervision under the new situation, mainly put forward a series of measures to do the grass-roots food safety supervision, in order to provide reference for the relevant supervisors.

就基層食品安全現(xiàn)狀而言,隨著市場準(zhǔn)入制度和對食品安全的嚴(yán)格監(jiān)管,假冒偽劣食品進(jìn)入大型商超的機(jī)會越來越小,但也有一些地區(qū)因經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相對滯后、食品經(jīng)營者和消費者對食品安全意識淡薄等原因,造成市場存在假冒偽劣食品現(xiàn)象偏多,這些地區(qū)成為了食品安全監(jiān)管的難點和薄弱環(huán)節(jié),對此加強基層食品安全監(jiān)管工作仍然十分重要[1]。(剩余4556字)
