食品安全保障體系的建立和完善
摘 要:食品安全與人們的生命安全、身體健康密切相關(guān)。我國食品安全保障體系的起步較晚,加之近些年來食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)魚龍混雜,引發(fā)的食品安全問題較多,食品安全也逐步成為社會(huì)發(fā)展中的焦點(diǎn)問題。文章從食品安全的概念解析切入,重點(diǎn)分析了食品安全保障的現(xiàn)狀,論述了食品安全保障體系的建立和完善途徑。

Abstract: Food safety is closely related to people's life safety and health. China’s food safety assurance system started late, and in recent years, food production enterprises have been mixed, which has caused many food safety problems, and food safety has gradually become an important focus in social development. Starting from the analysis of the concept of food safety, the current situation of food safety assurance was analyzed in this paper, and the establishment and improvement of the food safety assurance system were discussed.
