紫外分光光度法在食品檢測及食品安全分析中的應(yīng)用
摘 要:紫外可見光分光光度法是利用物質(zhì)對不同波長范圍內(nèi)紫外可見光的吸收能力不同對物質(zhì)進(jìn)行定性和定量分析。食品是人們生活必需的物質(zhì),對其成分進(jìn)行檢測和安全分析具有重要的意義。紫外可見光分光光度法由于具有操作簡單、靈敏度高、適用范圍廣等優(yōu)點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于食品檢測和安全分析中。

Abstract: UV-Vis spectrophotometry can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances because of their different absorbability to UV-Vis light in different wavelengths. Food is a kind of necessary substance for human life, and it is of great significance for the analysis of its composition and food safety. UV-Vis spectrophotometry is widely used in food detection and safety analysis because of its simple operation, high sensitivity and wide range of application.
