離子液萃取-高效液相色譜法檢測(cè)調(diào)味品中的羅丹明B

摘 要:為研究溶液pH、溶液體積、吸附時(shí)間等對(duì)離子液吸附羅丹明B的影響,本文采用離子子液萃取-高效液相色譜檢測(cè)方法,合成離子液體后對(duì)羅丹明B吸附性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,該檢測(cè)方法操作簡(jiǎn)單、回收率高、靈敏度高,可對(duì)待測(cè)樣品進(jìn)行批量檢測(cè)。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of solution pH, solution volume and adsorption time on the adsorption of rhodamine B by ionic liquid, this paper adopts the method of ion subliquid extraction and high performance liquid chromatography to study the adsorption performance of rhodamine B after synthesis of ionic liquid.  The results show that the method is simple, high recovery and sensitivity, and can be used for batch detection of tested samples.
