摘 要:目的:研究分析乳礦物鹽與?;撬釓?fù)合片劑的安全性與功能特性。方法:采用急性毒理學(xué)、遺傳毒理學(xué)和90 d毒性試驗,考察復(fù)合片劑安全性;同時,以高、中、低3個劑量組進行為期30 d的灌胃試驗,分析其對小鼠體重、免疫器官指數(shù)、吞噬指數(shù)等免疫指標(biāo)變化的影響。結(jié)果:毒理學(xué)試驗表明對小鼠無毒副作用、無致畸、各項生理功能正常;與對照組比較,小鼠的體重與免疫器官指數(shù)均無顯著的影響(P>0.05),但顯著提高了小鼠的細胞免疫功能和單核巨噬細胞吞噬功能等免疫功能(P

Abstract: Objective: Research and analyze the safety and functional characteristics of milk mineral salt and taurine compound tablets.
