摘要：時(shí)代發(fā)展對(duì)專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生的培養(yǎng)提出了更高要求，目前專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)存在諸多不足和亟須改進(jìn)的地方。本文通過引入OBE理念，探索新模式下的研究生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制，提升高校的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，培養(yǎng)出新形勢(shì)下適應(yīng)國(guó)家發(fā)展的專業(yè)型人才。

Abstract：In order to adapt to the economic and social development，higher requirements are put forward for the training of professional degree postgraduates.At present，the training of professional degree postgraduates has many shortcomings and needs to be improved.By introducing the concept of OBE，this paper explores the postgraduate training mechanism under the new model，improves the quality of talent training in colleges and universities，and cultivates professional talents who can adapt to the development of the country under the new situation.
