高校輔導(dǎo)員做好班級學風管理的“四群體四抓手”對策研究

摘 要 開展學風建設(shè)是高校輔導(dǎo)員的主要工作職責之一,針對當前高校普遍存在的學風問題,輔導(dǎo)員應(yīng)該在班級學風管理中發(fā)揮學生干部、優(yōu)秀學生典型、教師、家長四個群體的示范引導(dǎo)作用,通過建立班規(guī)班約、堅持早晚自習制度、制訂大學規(guī)劃單、組建學習幫扶小組四個有效手段培養(yǎng)優(yōu)良學風,助力學生成長成才。

Abstract The construction of academic atmosphere is one of the main responsibilities of college counselors. In response to the common problems of academic atmosphere in universities, counselors should enable student cadres, outstanding student models, teachers, and parents to play a demonstrative and guiding role in class academic atmosphere management. By establishing class rules and schedules, adhering to the morning and evening self-study system, formulating university planning sheets, and forming learning assistance groups, effective measures should be taken to cultivate a good academic atmosphere, Help students grow and become talented.
