人力資源管理課程線上線下混合式教學(xué)探討

摘要 文章首先介紹了線上線下混合式教學(xué)的概念，講述了混合式教學(xué)在“人力資源管理”課程中的作用，分析了混合式教學(xué)中存在的問題，進而開展該課程的線上線下混合式教學(xué)探索，希望以此來提升課程的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

Discussion on Online and Offline Blended Teaching of Human Resource Management Course

Abstract This paper first introduces the concept of online and offline blended teaching， describes the role of blended teaching in the course of human resource management， analyzes the problems existing in blended teaching， and then carries out the exploration of online and offline blended teaching of the course， so as to further improve the teaching quality of the course.
