我國普通高校本科生導(dǎo)師制高質(zhì)量發(fā)展策略研究
摘要 文章基于對多個地區(qū)高校的調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國高校本科生導(dǎo)師制的實施已經(jīng)取得了引導(dǎo)知識整合、完善知識體系以及助力思政教育的成效,同時也存在制度機制不完善、角色定位不清晰和培養(yǎng)模式不規(guī)范等問題,最后針對這些問題提出了我國普通高校本科生導(dǎo)師制高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的策略建議。

Research on High Quality Development Strategy ofUndergraduate Tutorial System in Colleges and Universities in China

Abstract Based on the investigation of colleges in many regions, this paper finds that the implementation ofundergraduate tutorial system has achieved the results of guiding knowledge integration, improving knowledge system and helping ide ological and political education. At the same time, there are also some problems such as imperfect system mechanism, unclear role orientation and non-standard training mode. Finally, in view of these problems, this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for the high-quality development of undergraduate tutorial system in colleges in China.
