從法制到法治:學校法治教育的學術(shù)史考察
摘要 法治教育是我國學校教育的重要議題。改革開放之后,我國法治教育研究的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷兩個時期:法制教育研究集中時期、法治教育研究集中時期。未來學校法治教育研究應(yīng)關(guān)注學科邏輯,進一步拓展研究內(nèi)容,合理借鑒域外經(jīng)驗,研究中國現(xiàn)實問題。

From the Legal System to the Rule of Law: A Review of the Academic History of School Rule of Law Education

Abstract Rule of law education is an important issue of school education in China. After the reform and opening up, the development of legal education research in China has experienced two periods: the period of concentration of legal education research and the period of concentration of legal education research. In the future, the research on the rule of law education in schools should pay attention to the discipline logic, further expand the research content, reasonably learn from foreign experience, and study the practical problems in China.
