論研究生導(dǎo)師與學(xué)生的相知和相長(zhǎng)

摘  要:研究生的培養(yǎng)過(guò)程是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,是導(dǎo)師和學(xué)生從相遇到相知、并相互影響的過(guò)程。文章分析了目前的師生關(guān)系,并以實(shí)例來(lái)回答三個(gè)問(wèn)題:培養(yǎng)什么樣的人、怎么培養(yǎng)人和為誰(shuí)培養(yǎng)人。同時(shí)分析了導(dǎo)師在人才培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中應(yīng)具備的素質(zhì)及與研究生的相處之道。

Abstract: The cultivation process of graduate students is the complicated system engineering, which is the process from learning to influencing between supervisor and graduate students. This paper analyzes the current supervisor-student relationship, and answers the three questions with examples: what kind of people to cultivate, how to cultivate people and for whom to cultivate people. At the same time, it analyzes the quality that the tutor should have in the process of talent training and the way of getting along with the graduate students.
