氣相色譜技術(shù)在糧油食品質(zhì)量檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用研究
摘 要:氣相色譜技術(shù)因其快速、靈敏、準(zhǔn)確的特點(diǎn),在糧油食品質(zhì)量檢測(cè)中發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文探討了該技術(shù)在谷物及植物油等食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用,分析了檢測(cè)靈敏度不足、樣品前處理復(fù)雜及儀器穩(wěn)定性不足等問題,并提出了優(yōu)化檢測(cè)條件、簡(jiǎn)化前處理流程及強(qiáng)化儀器維護(hù)等對(duì)策,以提升檢測(cè)效能,保障糧油食品質(zhì)量。

Research on the Application of Gas Chromatography Technology in the Quality Detection of Grain and Oil Food
Abstract: Gas chromatography technology has played an important role in the quality inspection of grain and oil food due to its fast, sensitive, and accurate characteristics. This article explores the application of this technology in the detection of grains and vegetable oils, analyzes the problems of insufficient detection sensitivity, complex sample pretreatment and insufficient instrument stability, and proposes measures to optimize detection conditions, simplify pretreatment processes, and strengthen instrument maintenance to improve detection efficiency and ensure the quality of grain, oil, and food.
