不同茶樹品種制作永州綠茶感官品質(zhì)分析

摘 要:為篩選出適合永州綠茶加工的茶樹品種,對(duì)引種的白毫早、碧香早、櫧葉齊、玉綠、黃觀音、保靖黃金茶2號(hào)和福鼎大白品種所制作的綠茶進(jìn)行感官品質(zhì)分析。結(jié)果顯示,不同茶樹品種制作永州綠茶品質(zhì)感官審評(píng)結(jié)果為櫧葉齊>白毫早>碧香早>福鼎大白>黃觀音>黃金茶2號(hào)>玉綠。

Analysis of Sensory Quality of Yongzhou Green Tea Produced by Different Tea Tree Varieties
Abstract: In order to screen out varieties suitable for processing Yongzhou green tea, sensory quality analysis was conducted on green tea made from introduced varieties such as Baihaozao, Bixiangzao, Zhuyeqi, Yulyu, Huangguanyin, Baojing Golden Tea No. 2 and Fuding Dabai. The results showed that the sensory evaluation of the quality of Yongzhou green tea made from different tea tree varieties was as follows: Zhuyeqi>Baihaozao>Bixiangzao>Fuding Dabai>Huangguanyin>Golden Tea No.2>Yulyu.
