人工智能在食品質(zhì)量安全管理中的應(yīng)用研究
摘 要:隨著人工智能的迅速發(fā)展,其在食品質(zhì)量安全管理中的應(yīng)用日益廣泛。本文概述人工智能發(fā)展情況和食品質(zhì)量安全管理現(xiàn)狀,分析人工智能在食品質(zhì)量安全管理中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,以期提高食品質(zhì)量安全管理效率和水平。

Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Food Quality and Safety Management
Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, its application in food quality and safety management is increasingly widespread. This paper summarizes the development of artificial intelligence and the current situation of food quality and safety management, analyzes the application status and existing problems of artificial intelligence in food quality and safety management, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to improve the efficiency and level of food quality and safety management.
