臨期食品管理存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究
摘 要:食品安全問(wèn)題一直是我國(guó)食品產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在,也關(guān)系到人們的健康安全。而對(duì)臨期食品實(shí)施食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作,能夠保障消費(fèi)者的生命健康。鑒于此,本文闡述臨期食品的定義及其特征,分析臨期食品管理存在的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,旨在為該行業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定良好的基礎(chǔ)。

Research on the Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Management of Expiry Food
Abstract: Food safety has always been the key to the sustainable and healthy development of China’s food industry, and it is also related to people’s health and safety. The implementation of food safety risk management for expiry food can guarantee the life and health of consumers. In view of this, this paper describes the expiry food and its characteristics, analyzes the problems existing in the management of expiry food, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, aiming at laying a good foundation for the sustainable development of this industry.
