快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)在食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用
摘 要:快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)具有操作簡單、實(shí)驗(yàn)周期短、精確度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),能夠縮短檢測(cè)周期,提高檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確度和效率,保障食品安全及大眾健康。本文探討了分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)、免疫學(xué)技術(shù)、代謝學(xué)技術(shù)、生物傳感器技術(shù)以及流式細(xì)胞術(shù)在食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用,以滿足人們對(duì)生活質(zhì)量的追求。

Application of Rapid Detection Technology in Food Detection

Abstract: Rapid detection technology has the advantages of simple operation, short experiment period and high accuracy, which can shorten the detection period, improve the detection accuracy and efficiency, and ensure food safety and public health. This paper discusses the application of molecular biology technology, immunology technology, metabolism technology, biosensor technology and flow cytometry in food detection to meet people’s pursuit of quality of life.

目前,我國存在病原微生物污染,農(nóng)獸藥化學(xué)污染物、重金屬、真菌毒素污染,非法添加和欺詐4類食品安全問題,由此可見食品安全檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)的重要性。(剩余4766字)
