高職汽車專業(yè)校企協(xié)同育人長效機制研究

摘 要：在汽車智能化、網(wǎng)聯(lián)化的背景下，汽車企業(yè)用人需求有所改變，調(diào)研高職院校汽車專業(yè)目前主要的校企合作項目內(nèi)容和形式，分析了當(dāng)前汽車專業(yè)校企合作長期穩(wěn)定合作面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。對于高職汽車專業(yè)，提出了校企雙方如何協(xié)同育人長效機制的建設(shè)策略和實施路徑。

Research on the long-term mechanism of School-enterprise collaborative training of Automobile Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Under the background of automobile intelligence and networking， the employment needs of automobile enterprises have changed. The contents and forms of the main school-enterprise cooperation projects of Automobile major in higher vocational colleges are investigated， and opportunities and challenges faced by the long-term and stable cooperation of automobile major school enterprise cooperation are analyzed. For the automotive specialty in higher vocational colleges， this paper puts forward the construction strategy and implementation path of the long-term mechanism of collaborative education between schools and enterprises.
