Fluidsim仿真軟件在液壓傳動中的應用

摘 要:針對無法在學習節(jié)流與調(diào)速回路過程中對不同位置節(jié)流閥的執(zhí)行元件速度負載特性分析的掌握這一問題,引進了Fluidsim仿真軟件。利用Fluidsim軟件實現(xiàn)的仿真模型建立和動畫制作,學生可較好地了解、掌握三種節(jié)流調(diào)速回路的特性,并能按照需要調(diào)節(jié)液壓回路。

Application of Fluidsim Simulation Software in Hydraulic Transmission

Abstract:The Fluidsim simulation software is introduced to solve the problem that it is difficult to master the analysis of actuator speed load characteristics of throttle valve at different positions in the process of learning throttle and speed regulating circuit.Using Fluidsim software to establish the simulation model and animation,students can better understand and master the characteristics of three throttle speed control circuits,and can adjust the hydraulic circuit according to the need.

旁路節(jié)流調(diào)速回路、出油節(jié)流調(diào)速回路、進油節(jié)流調(diào)速回路是液壓系統(tǒng)中比較常見的三種調(diào)速回路[1],利用Fluidsim仿真軟件建立液壓元器件;通過液壓仿真回路解決學生在學習過程中對調(diào)速回路中執(zhí)行元件速度負載特性分析困難,提高課堂學習效率,增加同學們的學習興趣等問題。(剩余2430字)
