協(xié)同育人視域下高校心理育人優(yōu)化路徑探究

摘 要 大學(xué)生正處于三觀形成的關(guān)鍵時期,在家庭環(huán)境、學(xué)習壓力、情感影響、社交互動等多方面因素的影響下,其心理困擾不斷涌現(xiàn)。文章探討了高校心理育人的必要性和現(xiàn)實困境,通過加強心理育人隊伍體系構(gòu)建、做好心理育人過程銜接優(yōu)化、提升心理育人合力凝聚效果,以期為高校心理育人質(zhì)量的提升提供實踐和經(jīng)驗參考。

Exploring the Optimization Path of Psychological Education in Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Education

Abstract College students are currently in a critical period of forming their values, and under the influence of various factors such as family environment, academic pressure, emotional influence, and social interaction, psychological distress is constantly emerging. This paper explores the necessity and practical difficulties of psychological education in universities, by strengthening the construction of the psychological education team system, optimizing the process of psychological education, and enhancing the cohesion effect of psychological education, in order to provide practical and experiential references for improving the quality of psychological education in universities.
