基于CDIO理念的臨床護(hù)理技能教學(xué)改革探索

摘 要 文章針對(duì)臨床護(hù)理技能課程教學(xué)中存在的問題,將CDIO教學(xué)模式應(yīng)用于臨床護(hù)理技能教學(xué)中,具體措施包括教學(xué)內(nèi)容的確定,教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的遴選,教學(xué)案例的構(gòu)思、設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)、運(yùn)作等,通過師生調(diào)查反饋,CDIO教學(xué)模式充分激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣與熱情,有效提升了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果、技能水平及綜合素質(zhì)。

Exploration of Clinical Nursing Skill Teaching Reform Based on CDIO Concept

Abstract In view of the problems existing in the teaching of clinical nursing skills, the CDIO teaching mode was applied to the teaching of clinical nursing skills. The specific measures include the determination of teaching content, the selection of teaching team, the conception, design, implementation and operation of teaching cases, etc. Through the survey feedback of teachers and students, the CDIO teaching mode fully stimulated students' learning interest and enthusiasm, effectively improving the learning effect, skill level and comprehensive quality of students.
