摘  要  加快高等教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展是推動(dòng)我國(guó)高等教育現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的重要手段。而教育發(fā)展的“指揮棒”是教育評(píng)價(jià)體系。重新構(gòu)建學(xué)?！處煛獙W(xué)員三維評(píng)價(jià)體系，有效破除“五唯”，對(duì)加快教育發(fā)展速度、提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量意義重大。
