基于現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制和企業(yè)新型學(xué)徒制淺談技術(shù)技能人才培養(yǎng)

摘  要  介紹現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制和企業(yè)新型學(xué)徒制的基本內(nèi)涵和異同點(diǎn)，闡述學(xué)校和企業(yè)通過(guò)人員、技術(shù)、管理與培養(yǎng)模式四個(gè)方面的融合來(lái)達(dá)到兩個(gè)學(xué)徒制有機(jī)融合，實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校、企業(yè)、政府有機(jī)協(xié)調(diào)，發(fā)揮各自的作用和優(yōu)勢(shì)，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)教融合，提升技術(shù)技能人才培養(yǎng)水平，為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供技能人才支撐。

Abstract  This paper introduces the basic connotation and

similarities and differences of modern apprenticeship and new

apprenticeship. It expounds that college and enterprises achieve

the organic integration of the two apprenticeship through the

integration of staff， technology， management and training mode， so as to achieve organic coordination of college， enter-prises and government. It is good for playing their respective roles and advantage. It can promote the integration of industry

and education and enhance the level of technology and skills talent cultivation and provide technical personnel support for the high-quality development of the national economy.
