摘 要 以營(yíng)養(yǎng)與食品衛(wèi)生學(xué)課程為例,以成果導(dǎo)向教育模式指導(dǎo)該課程的線上教學(xué),通過(guò)將線上教學(xué)實(shí)踐效果與傳統(tǒng)線下教學(xué)效果進(jìn)行對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)線上教學(xué)基本能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)與線下教學(xué)實(shí)質(zhì)等效的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。

Practice and Quality Evaluation of Online Teaching of
Nutrition and Food Hygiene Under Outcom-Based Educa-
tion Mode//WANG Dan, SONG Yu
Abstract Taking the Nutrition and Food Hygiene course as
an example, the online teaching of the course is guided by Out-
com-Based Education mode. Through the comparative evalu-
ation of the online teaching practice effect and the traditional offline teaching effect, it is found that the online teaching can basically achieve the teaching goal substantially equivalent to the offline teaching.
