摘  要：實(shí)驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐教學(xué)是工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的重要環(huán)節(jié)，面對(duì)當(dāng)前實(shí)驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐教學(xué)存在的弊端，該文從人才培養(yǎng)方案制訂出發(fā)，提出要構(gòu)建三層次的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)體系和多元化的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系，并建立與之相適應(yīng)的多元化考核機(jī)制，不斷加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。

Abstract： Experimental and practical teaching are important links in the cultivation of engineering professionals. Faced with the problems of experimental and practical teaching， a new experimental and practical system of "three-level experimental teaching system and diversified practical teaching system" is constructed based on the talent training program. A new diversified evaluation system is established with the new experimental and practical system and also some suggestions on the construction of experimental talent team are given.
