監(jiān)督抽檢在保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全中的重要作用探討

摘 要：本文從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督抽檢的重要性與必要性、作用機制和現(xiàn)狀入手，在監(jiān)督抽檢日常規(guī)范要求的基礎(chǔ)上，淺析監(jiān)督抽檢在保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全中的重要作用，提出完善監(jiān)督抽檢體系、強化檢驗檢測能力建設(shè)、強化信息公開與公眾參與、強化執(zhí)法與懲處等建議，旨在為我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管和執(zhí)法監(jiān)督抽檢提供指導(dǎo)意見。

Discussion on the Important Role of Supervision and Sampling in Ensuring the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products

Abstract： This article starts with the importance and necessity， mechanism of action and current status of supervision and random inspection of agricultural product quality and safety. On the basis of the daily regulatory requirements of supervision and random inspection， it briefly analyzes the important role of supervision and random inspection in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products， and puts forward suggestions such as improving the supervision and random inspection system， strengthening the construction of inspection and testing capabilities， strengthening information disclosure and public participation， and strengthening law enforcement and punishment. It aims to provide guidance for China’s agricultural product quality and safety supervision and law enforcement supervision and random inspection.
