摘 要:食品質(zhì)量安全與人們的身體健康和幸福安定息息相關(guān)。隨著人們食品質(zhì)量安全意識的顯著提升,對食品質(zhì)量安全也提出了較高的要求。因此,相關(guān)單位需要不斷探尋有效方法,保證食品質(zhì)量安全管理效果。本文分析食品質(zhì)量安全管理存在的問題,并針對性地提出解決方法,旨在為提高食品質(zhì)量安全管理水平提供相關(guān)參考。

Problems and Solutions of Food Quality and Safety Management

Abstract: Food quality and safety are closely related to people’s health, happiness and stability. With the significant improvement of people’s awareness of food quality and safety, higher requirements are also put forward for food quality and safety. Therefore, the relevant units need to constantly explore effective methods to ensure the effectiveness of food quality and safety management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in food quality and safety management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, aiming at providing relevant references for improving food quality and safety management.

食品質(zhì)量安全管理始終是國家關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),我國先后制定了《國務(wù)院關(guān)于加強(qiáng)食品等產(chǎn)品安全監(jiān)督管理的特別規(guī)定》《中華人民共和國食品安全法》及其實(shí)施條例,促使我國食品質(zhì)量安全始終呈向好態(tài)勢。(剩余3417字)
