摘 要:近年來,隨著全民保健意識的加強,茶道養(yǎng)生越來越受到人們的關注。茯茶是黑茶中最具有特色的產品,因其具有獨特的品質特征及功效,一直被人們視為養(yǎng)生、保健兼瘦身的絕佳飲品,在國內外的銷量與日俱增。本文著重對茯茶的保健功能進行綜述,以期為相關人員提供參考。

The Main Components and Efficacy of Fu Tea

Abstract: In recent years, with the strengthening of national health awareness, tea ceremony health care has attracted more and more people’s attention. Fu tea is the most characteristic product of dark tea, which is favored by people because of its unique quality and efficacy.It has been regarded as an excellent drink for health preservation, weight loss and health care, and international and domestic sales are increasing day by day. This paper reviews the health care function of Fu tea, in order to provide a reference for the relevant personnel.
