不同流域土壤中重金屬富集現(xiàn)狀及其對食品安全的影響

摘 要：我國重金屬污染問題備受關(guān)注，土壤中重金屬富集對農(nóng)業(yè)和人體健康有重要影響。本文通過對比不同地區(qū)流域土壤重金屬的富集情況和特點(diǎn)，分析了土壤重金屬污染對食品的影響，并探討了土壤中重金屬的來源，為更好地保障我國農(nóng)業(yè)和食品安全發(fā)展提供參考。

Current Situation of Heavy Metal Enrichment in Soil of Different River Basins and Its Influence on Food Safety

Abstract： Heavy metal pollution has attracted much attention in China， and the accumulation of heavy metals in soil has an important impact on agriculture and human health. By comparing the enrichment and characteristics of soil heavy metals in different watershed areas， the influence of soil heavy metal pollution on food was analyzed， and the sources of heavy metals in soil were discussed， in order to better guarantee the development of agriculture and food safety in China， and some suggestions were put forward.
