摘 要:谷物食品含有維生素、碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白質(zhì)及微量元素等營養(yǎng)成分,人們可根據(jù)自身的健康狀況或醫(yī)生給予的建議,適當在食譜中添加各種谷物,從而達到預防癌癥、增加免疫力的作用。本文主要探究谷物食品的種類及其營養(yǎng)作用,以期為相關(guān)人員提供參考。

Types of Grain Foods and Their Nutritional Value

Abstract: Cereal foods contain vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, trace elements and other nutrients. People can appropriately add various grains to their diet according to their own health status or the advice given by doctors, so as to achieve the role of achieving cancer prevention and increasing immunity. This paper mainly explores the types of grain food and their nutritional effect, in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
