食品檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)存在的問(wèn)題和優(yōu)化辦法分析
摘 要:有效提高食品檢測(cè)技術(shù)以及食品質(zhì)量是人們共同探討的話題之一?;诖耍疚慕Y(jié)合實(shí)際情況,從不同角度提出了食品檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)對(duì)食品安全的重要意義,闡述了常見(jiàn)的食品檢驗(yàn)技術(shù),介紹了現(xiàn)階段食品檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)存在的主要問(wèn)題,并提出了提升食品安全檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)技術(shù)管理水平的優(yōu)化辦法,僅供同行參考。

Analysis on Problems and Optimization Methods of Food Inspection Technology

Abstract: Effectively improving food testing technology and food quality is one of the topics discussed by people.
Based on this, this paper puts forward the significance of food inspection technology to food safety from different perspectives in combination with the actual situation, expounds common food inspection technologies, introduces the main problems existing in food inspection technology at this stage, and proposes to improve food safety inspection and testing. The optimization method of technical management level is for reference only by peers.
